"Originally certified to dive in
Negril, Jamaica; Ya Mon! I fell in love with the warm Caribbean water. I
couldn't get enough, I was addicted! Especially considering my previous dives
had been in the New Jersey Delaware River. When I got back
home, I took my YSCUBA SLAM course. Wow! The water was cold at Millbrook Quarry
that day! That's right around the time I meet Gary. Had to take my American
Heart Association classes for my SLAM certification and he happened to be the
instructor. I loved the passion Gary has about safety and continued with more
DAN classes. Since then I have gone back to Negril Jamaica and
received my PADI Divemaster rating. Completed the Divers Alert Network courses
required to receive my Diving Emergency Specialist (DES) certification;
including CPR, First Aid, Oxygen Provider, On-Site Neurological Assessment for
Divers, and REMO2. And now I am an Assistant Instructor (SDI,
SEI, CMAS), working on my Instructor rating. Teaching class with Gary has and is
a very rewarding and fun experience. And you will see we really enjoy
