"I first met Mr. Gary Smith and
became acquainted with ECD LLC over a year ago. I had wanted to obtain
certification in scuba diving earlier in time but like many others had ongoing
commitments and conflicting schedules. ECD LLC offered many training
opportunities on my schedule. In fact, I have completed training in many of the
classes offered currently at ECD LLC and shown on this website. The training is
very detailed, well organized, and the required checkout dives allows one to
demonstrate what was learned in class. Gary also takes the time to answer
questions one may have about any aspect of diving whether class specific or
not. Besides the components of classroom training and checkout dives, ECD LLC
has many exciting trips offered to varying destinations over time. For example,
I had the opportunity to drift dive in Cozumel, explore deep shipwrecks in South
Carolina, explore deep wrecks off of Ocean City, Maryland and explore deep
wrecks in Key Largo, Florida. Besides those destinations, I also took advantage
of the opportunity to dive in Dominican Republic myself, and of course went to
Lake Rawlings repeatedly to participate in fun dives. All this to where I
currently possess 74 dives in slightly over 1 year.
With my participation in many scuba diving trips, I have had the opportunity to
meet many dive buddies who already obviously possess basic open water
certification and many who have gone farther in expanding their knowledge of
scuba diving and or are involved with training others. ECD LLC makes one feel
really part of something exciting and has opened up a vast new world of
underwater exploration. In addition, the people involved with ECD LLC really
make anyone feel part of an exciting group and you all share many fun-times and
experiences together.
My current scuba goals are two-fold. First, I am pursuing dive-master
training. Second, I will dive a minimum of thirty dives a year exclusive of
quarry dives, anyplace in the world.
If you
desire competent, through, and intense training combined with many opportunities
to dive with competent ECD LLC members and be part of many exciting experiences
in scuba, then ECD LLC is the place for you."
